Trade and Industrial Education

Trade and Industrial Education covers a variety of specialized areas across multiple career clusters, comprised of programs including cosmetology and master barbering; mechatronics and precision machining; building trades and drafting; computer network hardware operations and computer systems technology; collision repair technology and aviation; commercial photography and graphic imaging; and criminal justice and firefighting.

The integration of classroom-based learning with hands-on training provides Trade and Industrial Education students the opportunity to develop the leadership and technical skills necessary to pursue employment or postsecondary education in a chosen career. Incorporated opportunities for high-quality work-based learning experiences transition students into valuable members of tomorrow’s workforce.
