Winchester History Teacher Named 2024 Virginia Teacher of the Year
Jeffery W. Keller, a history teacher at John Handley High School in Winchester, was named the 2024 Virginia Teacher of the Year during a livestreamed announcement by Governor Glenn Youngkin on May 18, 2023.
