School Construction Cost Data
The Office of Support Services compiles construction cost data information of public school buildings each year. The compilation provides cost of construction for individual school projects and average state cost data, by school type. School Facilities Cost Data Form
School cost data reporting forms are located in the Single Sign-On for Web Systems (SSWS) portal in the School Building Construction and Renovation (SBCR) application under the “Submit Cost Data” tab for completion by the school division designated contact person.
Construction Cost Data
The current active report includes construction cost data on new school projects, additions and renovation projects. The final annual report will be generated after June 30, 2023.
