Committee on the Standards of Quality
This committee makes recommendations to the full board on revising the Standards of Quality. The Constitution of Virginia requires the Board of Education to determine and prescribe standards of quality for the public schools of Virginia, subject to revision only by the General Assembly. Membership
The Standards of Quality Committee is a committee of the whole. The Board President serves as the chair.
